Heartwarming wildlife encounters in Booderee

We are blessed in Booderee National Park with a great diversity of animals of all colours, shapes and sizes. In recent weeks we’ve seen this lovely little echidna shuffling up and down the boardwalk – happily posing for piccies.

But not wanting to be outdone, a few days later came a blonde wallaby who was also happy to pose for a few snaps. The lucky sunbakers took care not to startle him as he came by to say ‘G’day’.

Nothing says Australia like a beach, blue seas and a wallaby!

What animals have you encountered at Booderee? Why not share them on our Facebook page and show the world what a special place it is?
