Our congratulations go to Uluru traditional owner and staff member Hezekiel Jingoonya.
Hezekiel has been selected as a finalist for the NAIDOC Male Elder of the Year Award.
The nomination is recognition of Hezekiel’s tireless and consistent commitment to working in the park. As an Anangu elder, Hezekiel has greatly contributed to the management of the park, strongly supporting education programs and cultural presentations.
We wish him all the best in the awards. Winners will be announced at a ceremony in Hobart on 6 July.
