The little things that delight at Kakadu

As a seasonal ranger here at Kakadu just leaving the house each morning is its own adventure - you might see crocodiles and brolgas crossing the road, meet someone from the other side of the world or learn a story thousands of years old. But it’s the little things that you come across day to day that continue to astonish and delight me.

And I discovered that crocodiles love to chew toys - just like puppies. I don’t think this one squeaks, though!
