As usual at Kakadu the sunsets and sunrises have been blazing and new flowers are peeking through the bush. We’ve got the sand palm flowers coming out and the sweet smell of melaleuca wafting in the wind.
The kapok bush is in full yellow flower and the green pods are swelling - a sure sign to the Aboriginal traditional owners that freshwater crocodile eggs are being laid and soon to be collected.
